RECENT PROJECTS IN THE FIELD OF CORPORATE LAW

• Representation of interests in a court of major producer of construction materials in Volga region in a corporate dispute: we represented the top manager (a minority shareholder) in a dispute between other shareholders.

• Representation of interests in a court of a large regional company of Volga region providing services  in oil production in corporate dispute with minority shareholder.

• Consulting and representation in a court of a large regional company rendering services in oil production in a dispute about exclusion of a participant from the company and non-payment of dividends.

• Representation of interests of a shareholder of the first-rate inter-regional retailer in a dispute about property rights on shares with other shareholders of the company.

• Consulting and legal support of counteractions against systematic attempts of mergers one of the leaders of the exploratory activities in Volga region including development and implementation of the protection circuit against mergers, procedure of reacquisition of  holding of shares under the government property, representation of shareholders in courts.

• Representation of interests of creditor – the first-rate developer of Volga region in insolvency procedure in the courts of Moscow region. Within this project we were carrying out the activities for debtor’s top manager removal and challenging the debtors contracts.

• Representation of interests of a debtor  – the vendor of equipment for road construction in a case of insolvency (bankruptcy). We provided complex legal analysis and legal support of the procedures of bankruptcy, representation in the courts, with Tax Return Agency, debtors creditors, receivers.

• Consulting and legal support for an agricultural company in Volga region in the insolvency procedures, when the main creditors were large regional and federal banks.

• Consulting and legal support of the procedure of bankruptcy of a large industrial enterprise in the Severo-Zapadyi and Volga regions.
